I love Pili nuts. They completely fit into my therapeutic ketogenic lifestyle. Buttery, soft with some salt. Just a fantastic nut with 1 gr carb per 1/4 cup. Can’t say enough about this edible treasure.

I think these are good but I am not a fan of the salt. I knew there was some salt IN them, only by reading the ingredients, but I did not know that there is crystallized salt on the outside of them too. Other than the ingredients list, there is no indication that there are large crystals of salt on the outside of the bars. I never liked salt on my chocolate and would not have ordered them if I had known that. Since this was the first time I ordered these, it was a surprise to me, so I removed a star for that reason. I also ordered 10 of them so was disappointed by that. I think the title should have included this fact, i.e "Ultimate Dark Chocolate & Salt", or something like that. Then I would have known right away that they had salt ON them too, not just IN them. Other than that, the chocolate is creamy and delicious.

This is one of my go to nuts outside of sprouted Walnuts. Perfect texture and not overly sweet.
It does have a lot of saturated fat, yet I believe it's short chain fatty acids. These are buttery and
not hard on your teeth which is great for me, can't stand all the hard nuts like Almonds etc and the
tons of water it takes just to grow them. Kudos for this Filipino snack!

The quality is good and it taste good too.I like it plain and simple very organic.
This is a great way to taste the various flavors. It's the perfect "starter kit." For people who have never tasted a pilu nut - it's the filet mignon of nuts. It is to macadamia nuts macadamia nuts are to Brazil nuts. - orders of magnitude more buttery. The only issue is trying not to eat all of them at once.

I like having these in my dietary lineup as they are wild grown and chemical free and also sprouted.
These have a subtle sweet kick and the cacao and coffee go pretty well together. They are only 2 grams
sugar Vs. the classic Pinoy version of 4 grams. They are high in saturated fats, but at least it's short chain
fatty acids. Great texture and not so hard on your teeth like almonds etc. Nathan

You must get the Traditional Filipino Style! The coconut sugar gives a very unique taste. Among other things, it's a good source of magnesium- an important mineral I need for bone health and good sleep.
