Ingredients:
- 1 cup of plain Pili Hunters Pili Nuts (XL Chef's Special bag)
- 1 cooked Beet
- 1⁄2 cup of almond milk
- 1⁄4 cup of monkfruit sweetener
- Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
-Blend in a food processor
-Pour into ice cube tray of choice and freeze
-Makes 14 fudges depending on the ice cube tray used
