Pumpkin Spice, Dairy-free Bombproof Coffee

Try this for a vegan version of a high fat blended coffee. The expedition butter froths quite well and the dark chocolate gives it the flavor of a mocha. I find the compact-style blender works best.


  • 1T coconut oil
  • 1T Pili Hunters' pili nut butter
  • 1 small square dark chocolate
  • 12 ounces coffee
