Craving some keto Banana bread? Make these muffins in minutes using Bake In a Minute Mix and a few additional ingredients from your kitchen.
Step by Step
1. Mix together:
-4 tbsp of butter (we like kerrygold)
-1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
-30g of your keto chocolate chips of choice
-1 mashed Banana
2. Slowly add in 100g of Bake In A Minute Bread Mix and mix until all ingredients are mixed together
3. Using silicone liners, fill mix 3/4 of the way and sprinkle our Pili Hunters Raw Cacao Pili Nuts on top of each one
4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
*Recipe yields 12 mini muffins and can be stored in an air-tight container for up to one week.
