Pili Nut + Almond Milk Recipe

Homemade is almost always better than store bought and that's certainly the case when it comes to nuts milks! Homemade nut milks are easier to make than they seem and are packed with nutrients. Lifestyle Instagrammer Kinshuk (@firefueled.food) created this easy to follow Pili Nut + Almond Milk recipe that she was kind enough to let us share with our readers! Pili Nut + Almond Milk


  • 30g Pili Nuts 
  • 50g Almonds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Erythritol
  • Cheesecloth, strainer or Nut milk bag (@elliesbest) 
1) Soak almonds and Pili nuts overnight. Peel the skin off the almonds. 
2) Add the ingredients to 1 litre (34oz) of water. 
3) Blend together and strain using a cheese cloth or nut milk bag. 
4) Keep refrigerated, you can use the pili nut/ almond pulp to make nut butter/dessert or more!
