Ordered 3 sets of 10 pili bars. Some of them arrived soft and melted from inside. They did not provide better and enough cold packs to ensure the bars were protected from warm conditions during shipment. When contacted customer service to replace the melted and deformed pili bars, there was no response from them. Very disappointing. The pili bars are pricier yet they used the USPS packaging to wrap the individual set of bars. They do not even use better packaging. Will not buy again from this vendor and will not even recommend.
